When applying for a need-based scholarship, the student generates an application form in USOSweb, after which the student submits it together with a statement of income and attachments, on the basis of which s/he made the statement, at the Dean’s Office or at the Student Affairs Department of an Institute or Collegium.

UNESCO defines higher education as a rich cultural and scientific asset that enables personal development and promotes economic, technological, and social change
