UNESCO defines higher education as a rich cultural and scientific asset that enables personal development and promotes economic, technological, and social change

Vocational: Based on international higher education standards, vocational refers to education programmemes that equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and necessary competencies for a specific occupation, trade, or group of related trades. These programmemes may consist of work-based components. Upon successful completion, graduates acquire vocational qualifications recognised by national authorities and/or the labour market.
Course: Refers to non-degree short education programmemes.
Double Degree: Refers to programmemes in which participants will obtain two degree certificates from two universities.
